Elder Kenneth Ricketts, Jr. was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He is the third child of seven. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from Southeast High School. He later took some college courses at Penn Valley and Longview Community Colleges.
He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and immediately upon his conversion, he sensed God’s call to the ministry. He was ordained in October 1992. He and his lovely wife, Karlene, have four children, two boys and two girls. He is the proud owner of a clothing store, KC’s Finest and is employed at Wendy’s International as a training store manager with a diploma in Hamburgerology. Elder Ricketts is devoted to doing the will of God and witnessing to all those to whom he comes in contact.
